I'm Soong En.

Pastures Labs began with a simple, prayerful desire: to help people walk closely with Jesus in a world full of noise.

I believe that technology and innovation can help to form us spiritually, strengthen community, and point our hearts to Christ. Imagine tools built for discipleship. Tools grounded in Scripture, designed with care, and built to serve the Body of Christ.

Pastures Labs was born out of this conviction.

It began with Pastures, an intelligent Christian journaling app I built while reflecting on my own spiritual rhythms. I longed for a tool that would help believers reflect honestly before God, stay rooted in His Word, and see their spiritual journey with clarity and hope. What started as a personal project soon became something shared — used by others who carried the same hunger for depth, not distraction.

Through that process, I realised this was never just about building an app.

It was about stewarding gifts, skills, and creativity for the Kingdom.

Pastures Labs exists to grow into an ecosystem of Christ-centred tools, products and platforms designed to directly empower the Church, support spiritual formation, and glorify Jesus through faithful innovation. From individual spiritual practices, to church platforms and ministry infrastructure, every work here shares the same aim: to help people meet Jesus, love His Church, and walk faithfully with Him.

I'm a solo founder for now. I write the code, shape the products, respond to messages, and prayerfully discern what comes next. But Pastures Labs has never been about me. I see it as something the Lord is patiently forming — a space where faith and technology meet, where excellence becomes an act of worship, and where innovation serves obedience.
